A Soggy Fourth

In the morning we visited cousin Joseph's new "park," where Nick and Joseph used the trucks to help Uncle Scott do some heavy lifting in the yard ... ... and, of course, took time out for bubbles.

Then we headed back to Grammer's for Cornwall's world-famous Fourth of July parade. It started pouring just as the festivities were due to start, so we took cover under an awning Main Street.
Nick cheered and waved to the brave marchers, bagpipers and fire trucks from his perch on the porch.
