Been Awhile...

This blogging thing ... Dad (Rob) and Mom (Aim) are still trying to get the (regular) hang of posting. Ah, it's not like kids change fast at this age, right?

Anyway, we have some new photos of the Beaner... As always, they're cute.

We've been to the zoo... (Bronx and Central Park).

We've also indulged in one of the most loved pasttimes of all toddlers ... chasing pigeons.

(Mmmm ... diseased birds. Let's catch them!)

And we've also been to birthday parties, lost a soccer ball to the Hudson River (ball in the WAT-TAH). Nick and Grammer watched the ball float under a pier, get kicked by a ferry and sail down to the New York Harbor and, I'm sure, past the Statue of Liberty.

Poor soccer ball. Luckily, Daddy found one almost just like it at a Modell's near his office.

Nick's also learned to whack a whiffle ball off the tee. He's right-handed, but swings with one hand, like Babe Ruth's first baseball coach, Brother Matthias, who used to wallop, according to legend, 400-foot shots with one hand.

As you can see, Nick toddles every once in a while, but mostly he sprints. We need to keep a close eye on him these days.

Well, that's all for now. Nana's coming on July 4. It'll be the first time she's seen Nick since Thanksgiving.

Boy, will she be surprised by our little guy.
