Nick and Maddy and Mommy and Daddy
Aug. 10, 2007: a great, great day. Madeline Crawford Peterson clocks into the world at 5:54 a.m. EDT and weighs in at 7 lbs., 14 oz.
(As you can see, Mom and Maddy look spectacular.)
Later in the afternoon, big brother comes to Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital in Manhattan (where he was born and where they have better wireless than they do at my office) to meet his little sister.
Until she had a name, we called her "Peanut." (Nick was "Bean".) Nick still wants to call her "Mo."

We had a little bit of daddy's birthday cake (Daddy and Maddy now share a birthday) and Nick went home with Grammer for the night. He'll be here to see his little sister again today before Mommy and Maddy make their way back to Jersey on Sunday.
That's the update for now. Maddy wants to say, "Bye."

Congratulations on Nick's baby sister!!! Love the name Madeline. It was a really cool 'Winger' tune in '91!
